As to tea drinks, here is our suggestion:
- Black Tea
- Old Tea – choice from black tea, sheng puérh, traditional oolong, or white tea
- Dark tea – choice from dark tea or shou puérh
- Herbal infusion to those who are very sensitive to the caffeine
It does not matter which choice of tea is being chosen, never forget the basic healthy principles:

- Using the servicing cup or pot to separate tea leaves with tea that to avoid too strong brewing
- Rather mild brewing than too strong brewing

- Natural honey is better than white sugar, just be aware that natural honey is sensitive to high water temperature; it is better to add natural honey to low warm water at the temperature around 40°C in order to enjoy its beneficial enzymes, vitamins and minerals by preserving its nutritional values with better flavor and texture.

In case feeling very dried warm, can try to prepare homemade ice tea that give you a refreshing experience with mild bitterness, astrigency, sour and natural sweetness in taste.
