What is life?
Can we really manage everything to make a life that goes the way as want? Does anyone have the right answer? Does the world remain still when we choose to stand still?
This is what I have learned from the past journey:
It ups to how we manage the living journey without lossing the initial aspirations and maintain the direction on the right path which requires ongoing learning in the life journey”
Learning is an ongoing process in life, certainly when we think about what and how to use tea to serve the benefits of a healthy lifestyle we really need to have more scientific research facts.

I’m so glad to receive a very interesting book today, “Eat to beat disease” by MD. William Li. In this book there is a small chapter about beverage, tea.
Even though the chapter about tea is short, there are lots of detailed points which are aligned with my learning about tea to health.
We are facing the turning point to fight against various diseases, physically or psychologically. Food and drinks can provide us a lot of interesting recipes to sustain physical health, as to psychological health, discipline and the diligent commitment to inner dialogues and relaxation exercises are needed. The reason is pretty simpleļ¼one goes down to be absorbed through digestion systems; one goes up with the combination of efforts from body, mind, emotions and beliefs with an open mind.

Each of us could take charge of lives by using food and drink to facilitate a healthy lifestyle every day. But what and how to maintain a balance can be a critical task for one to manage.
From the Traditional Chinese Medicine theories, we learned medicine and food are sharing the same roots for health; prevention starts from paying attention on every days living.
Even though today there are lots of available knowledge for health, but exactly what and how to implement it in everyday life in a balanced way still requires continuous exploration and ongoing learnings. Scientific researches definitely are needed.
